Why the clothing and bike return & exchange policies are different:
You'll notice that the return & exchange policies are different for Swobo clothing and bikes, but the underlying philosophy is the same for both. Swobo bikes can be fit to a range of humans and fine-tuning can be done with seat position, handlebar height and stem length. We are confident our sizing chart for the bikes will guide 99% of our customers to the right size. If you have questions about size or any technical issues, please contact us and we will help you out, BEFORE you buy. Shipping and handling bikes is expensive, and there is more vulnerability to damage, so our return policies reflect that. Our level of quality exceeds most bikes you will see in these price ranges, and is comparable to bikes costing much more. Our geometry is neutral, meaning any Swobo bike will be quick but stable, without any overt negative handling characteristics. After the saddle is adjusted, you should be able to throw a leg over and start riding. It's just that easy. Swobo clothing has a more relaxed policy due to the fact that we realize that clothing "fit" is more personal of an issue.

The 100% Mixing Family with Business Guarantee® means If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund as long as it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. This way, everybody still comes over for Fourth of July barbeques and fireworks without it getting all weird. After 30 days, if there is a problem with a garment, it will be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Swobo team.
Swobo also offers a free repair service for when stuff happens. Whether it's a crash or accident, we've got you covered. Sorry though, stains aren't covered. Use a napkin next time. Our free repair service covers only items purchased from Swobo.com. If you purchased from a retailer or don't have proof of purchase, a modest fee may be assessed after evaluation. Swobo bicycle return policy:
When you buy a bike from Swobo, we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. We know the decision to buy a bike on-line is not a casual decision. It represents a big chunk of your money and is more expensive to ship. Please make sure, if you have any doubts before buying, that you call us or e-mail us with your questions. It will be more cost-effective to deal with fit or technical issues before you buy, rather than after. We have confidence that our sizing chart, in conjunction with our frame design, will yield the correct size bike. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Swobo bicycle, for any reason, you are welcome to return it within 7 days, for a re-stocking fee of 15%. This fee represents all the costs involved in taking a bike back, including inspection, box cost, labor, warehouse handling, paperwork and depreciation. You are also responsible for return shipping. Please use all original packaging and insure the shipment for full value. Swobo is not responsible for returned shipping damage and all claims are the responsibility of the shipper. If you would like to exchange the bike for another size, there is a 10% re-stocking fee. You are also responsible for all shipping costs under the above requirements. If you received a damaged bicycle, you can exchange it for another bicycle or request a credit card refund. We will also refund your shipping costs. In the case of a damaged bicycle, please e-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
Beyond the first 7 days of receiving your order, all bicycle products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received to Swobo damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.
How to request a return or exchange:
We want you to be happy. We understand things don't always work out; we've been there. To request an return or exchange, please contact us form at the top of this page or at email@example.com. We will then e-mail you a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) with instructions on how and where to ship the item back. The details... All products must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. We really want to know what you are thinking, so we can make it sweet, not weak. NOTE: When shipping product back to Swobo, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.
